How Is Coaching Done?
A coach helps you to get clear on your goals and determine what you want more of, then supports you with a weekly action plan to make the changes necessary.

- Support and encouragement to take risks.
Confidential, personalized coaching sessions are conducted over the phone once per week for approximately 45 minutes. Additional support between sessions is also available. Results will not happen overnight, but small changes weekly will quickly add up. I provide you with the support and the encouragement you need, assist you to work through any barriers and hold you accountable each week for small victories. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals.
